Introduction:

Basically, This blog is going to talk about Azkar al-sabah walmasaa’ (the zikr of the morning and the evening from the Holy Quran and al Sunnah.) Primarly, .Kids in their online quran tajweed, islamic studies and arabic language lessons learn that Allah recommended that a Muslim should mention and remember Allah day and night. Therefore, Those who practice dhikr are promised the highest ranks and places in paradise. The zikr has a lot of favors in general. However, the zikr or the morning and the evening is recommended for all Muslims. Prophet Mohammad said: ((“Who says la illaha illa Allah wahdahu la shareeka lahu lahu al-mulk wa lahu al-hamdu wa howa al kulli shaiin qadeer”)) one hundred times  a day, this is equal to freeing ten Muslim slaves in reward. A hundred good deeds will be registered for them. Ten sins will be erased from their books. It will be a refuge for them against the beguile of satan till the evening.

What azkar al-Sabah wa al-Masaa’ are:

In the first place, The morning and the evening Azkar are the verses, ayat, hadith, dua which a Muslim should say every morning and every evening. Traditionally,  It includes a group of glorification, dua, refuge and asking for support from Allah phrases. A Muslim praises Allah with it. It is a daily assignment on the part of a Muslim. It helps fortify a Muslim all day long against all kinds of harm that may happen to them either by humans or the devil, with the help of Allah. A Muslim should accustom themselves to say these Azkar all the time and make it an important part of their daily routine. 

The benefit of al-Zikr:

These phrases of zikr are very beneficial for a Muslim. First, it makes a Muslim gain the pleasure and satisfaction of Allah. Moreover,Consequently,  it helps bring God’s provision, livelihood and sustenance. Zikr helps the heart to rest. It helps the soul to be at ease. Zikr drives the devil away. It removes worry. Zikr gives the heart the feeling of optimism and joy. Al Zikr makes a Muslim sense the greatness of Allah. It brings a Muslim closer to Allah. Zikr makes a Muslim more pious. Al Zkir accustomed a Muslim to always repent and return to Allah. Zikr and glorification bring a Muslim nearer to Allah in hard times.

Zikr, the easiest ibada:

All in all, In good times, when a Muslim remembers Allah, Allah aids and assists a Muslim in time of need. Zikr rescues and saves a Muslim from torture on the day of judgment. Zikr is one of the dearest ibadat  to allah . It is one of the easiest Ibadat. That is why Zikr makes a Muslim safe on the day  of judgment . Al-Zikr is light for the Muslim in this worldly life and in the hereafter. Zikr of Allah makes a Muslim a straightforward slave and servant. It purifies the heart and the tongue. It makes a Muslim avoid gossip, backbiting and vile speech. Zikr makes a Muslim remember Allah all the time.

The spiritual and psychological effect of zikr:

Generally, Zikr makes mercy, serenity, peace of mind and security surround a Muslim. As a result, ngels surround a Muslim who practices zikr. Zikr surpasses the most virtuous deeds a Muslim can ever do. Al Zikr brings about blessings. It drives away Allah’s anger and dissatisfaction. Zikr  removes the hardness of the heart. It makes a Muslim’s heart very merciful. Zikr is a remedy for the heart. A Muslim who mentions and remembers Allah enjoys the company of Allah. Such a Muslim is always grateful to Allah for His countless favors and blessings. Therefor e we should always stick to practicing the evening and morning zikr. This for the satisfaction of Allah to submerge us.

What a Muslim should say as Zikr:

Eventually, Zikr is a very easy and simple phrase to say and repeat. Zikr of Allah does not take us a long time to say. It can take us less than ten minutes to say such zikr. For this reason, A Muslim feels the joy of practicing zikr. Every Muslim should dedicate a few minutes to practicing zikr every day. The most important zikr a Muslim can say is as follows: al-Fatiha, al-Muawwizat, ayat al-Kursi, phrases of al-tahleel, sending the prayers to prophet Mohammad, the master of repentance (sayed al-istighfar), al-istida’, etc. Al zkar makes everything easy for a muslim.
