There are some prominent and honorable angels. one of the most famous angels is angel Jibril. in prophet mohammad’s biography, Seerah, we have a lot of glimpses about angel Jibril. first, we know about him in the incident of the cave when he came to prophet mohammad with the first revelation. we know more details about angel Jibril when lady Khadija visited Waraqa ibn Nawfal, the monk to consult him about what happened to prophet mohammad in the cave. Waraqa referred to Jibril as the same angel who had brought the revelation to mousa long before. Next, prophet Mohammad saw angel Jibril sitting on a throne between the sky and the earth.
The quran mentions the angels:
The holy Quran mentioned the honorable angels on many occasions. clearly, the quran states that there is an honorable angel of death. His job is to take people’s lives on the command of allah. Allah decides when a son or a daughter of Adam is born and dies. the honorable angel of death only executes the command of allah. Allah said that allah, Jibril, the angels and the good believers are the coalition of prophet mohammad.
Angels were created out of light.
Angel Jibril was the angel of revelation.
Allah created the honorable angels to worship Allah and do certain jobs in the universe.
