Asmaa bint abi bakr ‘s contribution in the event of al-hijrah:

In  their online quran classes, students learn that In the first place, Asmaa’s nickname was the female one with the two belts. This was because Asmaa split her waist belt into two halves to hold the food and water to prophet mohammad and her father abu bakr. she would deliver these food supplies to the two fleeing migrants, prophet mohammad and abu bakr, while they were hiding in the cave of Thawr off makkah. Quran students learn that the syrians bullied her son, abdullah ibn al-zubair, when they fought him, saying: “son of the woman with the two belts.” abdullah complained to her about it. Asmaa embraced Islam very early. she sincerely served islam and truly believed in prophet mohammad.

The old man said that Abu Bakr must have taken all his money with him to al-madina. The old man was blind. she  told the dissatisfied old man that Abu Bakr left them a lot of money. This was to pacify the angry old man. As a matter of fact, he had taken and accompanied all the money he had during the migration journey, leaving no money to his children in makkah. This was because Abu Bakr put all his trust in allah.
